AI agent for SEO and content teams

SEO as a productized service, for virtually every client

Vækster helps local service businesses (tradespeople, clinics, shops) grow with Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads and WordPress sites. Content was the bottleneck that stopped SEO from scaling across clients. Outrank became the team’s content workflow.

The challenge

Content did not scale across a client roster

Every blog post and informational page needed manual research, structure and writing. Finding long-tail, quick-win keywords took hours. With many small clients, the team could not produce enough high-quality content, or keep quality consistent from one client to the next.

How the team uses it

One standard workflow for every client

Vækster uses Outrank’s automated blog posts and keyword-driven workflows to build topical authority for clients quickly. The same workflow runs for every account, so quality no longer depends on which team member picks up the brief.

  • Automated keyword research per client
  • Scheduled, keyword-driven articles
  • Used for virtually all SEO clients

The results

More pages per client, faster indexing

Patrick reports more pages published per client, faster indexing and clear increases in impressions and clicks across accounts. The Search Console screenshot he shared shows one client going from near-zero daily clicks in spring 2025 to around 80–100 a day by December: 4,950 clicks and 878,000 impressions over 16 months.

The agency’s own site doubled its monthly clicks within two months of starting, from 183 in January 2026 to 369 in March.

The honest reading

What this data does not show

  • Vækster’s own site is small. Clicks fell back to 224 by May 2026 after the March jump, so read that chart as early days rather than a finished result.
  • The client site is not named, and we do not hold its data ourselves.

What they want us to improve

“More granular control over tone of voice per client and industry, and stronger built-in control of internal linking directly within the content workflows.”

Data and method

Where every number comes from

  • Clicks and impressions: Google Search Console, via Outrank. Full months unless marked partial, through June 26, 2026.
  • Articles and backlinks: Outrank platform data. Backlinks count only links our crawler verified live on the host page.
  • Quotes and screenshots: submitted by Patrick Leth, who agreed to their use in this case study.
